Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to support our manufacturing activities and drive quality initiatives. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in reducing safety and quality findings, reviewing and updating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the reduction of safety and quality findings through effective process improvements and audits
  • Reviews, updates, and sends reminders to action owners to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Supervises process audit pertaining to 5s, Safety, and Quality to maintain high standards
  • Supports the SGA Team by generating improvement actions using 7 QC Tools and Why-why analysis
  • Collaborates with QA, PE, and Supervisors to ensure the success of improvement activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and techniques
  • Able to work systematically without compromising quality and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
