Finance Support Role

SAP is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Support professional to join our team in the APAC Region.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.


This role will involve handling invoice printing, administrative-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and fixing digital invoice and attachment issues, as well as dispatching FinDirect tickets and providing first-level support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handles invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
  • Monitors and fixes digital invoice and attachment issues
  • Dispatches FinDirect tickets and provides the first level of support
  • Supports correction of tax-related billing issues
  • Monitors and sends the pending list of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Checks validity of billable items and issues invoices

Requirements
  • Business education (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and with strong follow-up skills
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with little direct supervision
