Job Title:

Financial Planning Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial planning services.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM)
  • Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed
  • Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
  • Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
  • Drafting emails and client correspondence for adviser review
  • Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks
  • Liaising with providers or platforms (via email or phone) when necessary
  • Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan customers
  • Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred
Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft
