Job Description:
As an Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will work in a team or independently helping clients transform their business planning needs with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. You will work as part of a delivery team supporting implementations for customers of all size, across multiple industries. You will be a specialist contributor within your team, providing mentorship to more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite.
• Contribute to implementation for our clients, including understanding current planning processes and taking a consultative approach to move legacy models into Adaptive Planning.
• Assist in guiding clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of each client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning to meet clients' business needs.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions for users.
• Document the planning models and reporting delivered to clients.
• Ensure rapid time to value through delivering engagements on time and budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning and management reporting.
• Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
• Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy.
• Proven ability to work effectively within teams and alongside customers while helping to foster an inclusive culture.
• Ability to execute individual tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure.
• Evident consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the same region.
