Construction Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing, reviewing, and maintaining construction programs for various projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing, as well as experience in project programming tools/software.

As a Construction Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and reviewing construction programs for tendering, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Providing programming support for tendering, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyzing project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Preparing clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Supporting ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
