Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth in the outsourcing services sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets to build a high-value sales pipeline.
- Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct strategic outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our outsourcing services, establish connections, and identify qualified opportunities.
- Qualification & Needs Analysis: Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business challenges and pain points, aligning their needs with our service offerings while positioning solutions to close deals.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and effective buying experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably in the outsourcing, BPO, or professional services industry.
- Demonstrated Ability: Strong track record of successfully moving prospects through the sales funnel and securing contracts.
- Closing Expertise: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and negotiate with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
