About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Maxis Products Philippines Incorporated. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Maxxis tire products to existing and potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Maxxis Tires: Actively promote and sell Maxxis tire products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Continuously seek new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers within the territory.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving tire sales, increasing brand penetration, and boosting customer loyalty.
  • Market Penetration: Expand Maxxis tire presence in the region by identifying key markets and growing sales in both new and established accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers receive timely deliveries and quality service.
  • Consultative Sales: Offer solutions tailored to customer needs, such as recommending appropriate tire products based on vehicle types, driving conditions, and budget.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; however, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification or experience in automotive sales or tire-specific training is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
