A Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain is required to drive customer success with our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and provide guidance on functional requirements.
  2. Lead sales discovery sessions to identify customer needs and challenges, and work closely with the sales team to determine possible solutions.
  3. Develop business scenarios based on information gathered during discovery sessions and configure Dynamics 365 to support these scenarios.
  4. Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  5. Document proposed solution overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and discovery sessions.
  6. Write design documents for customizations and reports, capturing boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
  7. Review and contribute to design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  8. Lead conference room pilots (CRPs) and training for Dynamics 365 and associated systems for clients and team members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, and master planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
