Procurement Professional: Supply Chain Optimization Role

This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team focused on procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily.
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they impact operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leaders and the operations department.
  • Develop and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices; drive self-upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably economics or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Professional business English.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up.
  • Process documentation.
  • Analytical mindset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic SQL/Python for data automation.
  • Regulated supply-chain exposure.
  • Experience working on project teams.
