We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success by ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be proficient in managing complex supply chain systems. Experience in customer service, project management, and communication is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supply chain processes to meet business needs, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Analyze sales and operation planning (S&OP) data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track supply chain performance and identify areas for enhancement.

  • Support new product introductions and returns management processes.

  • Participate in process improvements and projects to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • Proven experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Strong technical skills in supply chain systems, including SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
