Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain management principles and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess material and component requirements to ensure timely delivery to support operations needs.
  2. Analyze Engineering Change Notices to understand the impact on supply chain operations.
  3. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  4. Process data changes in the system, including Winshuttle Process and lead time review.
  5. Expedite and align material and component delivery dates to meet operations needs.
  6. Communicate potential risks to stakeholders and recommend mitigating actions.
  7. Create and review Action Requests (ARs) assigned to Supply Chain.
  8. Perform material movements as needed and liaise with MRB team members and Supply Chain.
Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience as Buyer, Purchaser, Expediter or equivalent.
  • Experience in start-up environment.
  • TCO, MOQ vs Piece Price comparison, work transfer or equivalent
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
