Technical Support Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end users across the organization, delivering exceptional IT service to employees at all levels. This remote role is crucial in delivering top-notch technical assistance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for PCs and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and fundamental network issues remotely.
  • Document and manage support requests through an ITSM platform.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with users to facilitate prompt and efficient resolutions.
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.

  • Exhibits outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication

Technical Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment
  • Knowledgeable in on-premises Active Directory, particularly user and group management
