Job Title

The Role

We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying root causes to offer solutions or escalate when needed. As a merchant support specialist, you'll be responsible for managing 20–30 open customer conversations at a time and ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Develop product expertise to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Own follow-ups and resolve all tickets in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops teams
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a bonus
