Job Description

The Finance Assistant will work closely with the Finance Supervisor to support the Finance Department of Nabati in the Philippines. The responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

To be successful as a finance assistant, you should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. A top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or related field
  • At least a year or two of relevant experience
  • Willingness and desire to learn and be trained
  • Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
  • Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
  • Top-of-the-line math abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting practices
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
