Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of a Bilingual Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, translating and communicating clearly across both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
