Job Summary

We are seeking an administrative professional to support our logistics and fleet operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Manage leads in HubSpot by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Strong knowledge or familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
