About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while maintaining strong relationships with them.

This role involves working with various software platforms to set up new properties and keep clients informed about their properties. You will also be responsible for managing lease renewals, maintenance, tenant moves, and creating social media content that enhances our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • New Client Onboarding: Set up new properties in client software and provide detailed information about our management services to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Lease Renewals: Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue.
  • Maintenance: Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approvals, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate move-ins, rent collection, late notices, lease enforcement, and move-outs to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating and posting content on various social media platforms to enhance our brand and engage with clients.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a property management environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
  • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
