We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property information, communicating with tenants, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in property management and excellent communication skills. They will be proficient in using digital tools such as Google Workspace to manage property records, track rent payments, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using digital tools
  • Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure data security
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace
