Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Care Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key liaison between families, healthcare providers, and hospitals, you will be responsible for ensuring patient records and medical documentation are managed with precision and empathy.

About the Role
  • Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
  • Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
  • Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Specialist, Care Coordinator).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.
