Job Summary:

This is a Property Management Specialist role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with tenants and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to tenants
  • Managing leases and ensuring tenant compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Financial management, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable and budgeting
  • Marketing and advertising to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates
  • Ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations related to property management
  • Data entry and management for property transactions, including entering bills for payment and maintaining accurate records
  • Invoicing and following up on payments to minimize delays and optimize cash flow
  • Processing payroll for maintenance technicians and managing vendor relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills for effective tenant interaction and lease compliance
  • Experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management and property transactions
  • Marketing skills to attract tenants and increase occupancy rates
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing
  • Tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools
