Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of suppliers, from initial engagement to ongoing relationship management.

You will work closely with technology service owners and the Supplier Governance Office team to ensure compliance with our supplier standards. This involves overseeing the JIRA service desk, managing contract approval requests, creating purchase orders, and approving invoices.

Maintenance of accurate data for all aspects of suppliers is crucial in this role. You will provide regular reporting to service owners and technology leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supplier compliance oversight within our lifecycle standard
  • Contract approval request management, purchase order creation, and invoice approvals
  • Data maintenance for all supplier aspects
  • Regular reporting to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce (advantage)
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment
  • Highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail
