Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of ongoing construction projects.

About This Role

This is a pivotal leadership position in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.
  • Culture Building & Team Leadership: Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, instill discipline, and mentor teams for greater ownership.
  • Technology & Communication Improvements: Introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
