Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese and English (B2 level).
  • A minimum of six months of experience in customer support roles.
  • Experience with live chats and emails.
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
