Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and other key performance indicators related to the positive growth of assigned outlets.
  • Conduct daily store visits to ensure proper implementation of prices, off-take strategies, and product displays.
  • Coordinate collection of purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and report any issues to the Sales Department.
  • Check and monitor competitor's pricing and promotional activities, reporting back to the Sales Department.
  • Create and submit price survey reports, ensuring accurate data for informed business decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any stock-related concerns to management.
  • Assist the Credit & Collection Department in collections, coordinating delivered items and payment terms with customers.
  • Collect payments, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), and remit check payments to the C&C department.
  • Coordinate support payments and deductions from stores/outlets to the C&C department.
  • Prepare and submit monthly itineraries, accomplishment reports, and activity reports to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • College graduate with at least 3 years of direct experience in FMCG.
