
Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional assistance to customers across various communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance and resolution for common issues, reviewing and processing applications, performing booking modifications, and escalating high-priority or sensitive issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve common issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance and support to customers across various communication channels
- Review and process applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete
- Perform booking modifications, including changes to dates, services, or pricing as requested by customers
- Evaluate and escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
