Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team in a leadership role. In this position, you will oversee complex accounting functions, lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives, and provide strategic insights to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month/year-end close processes.
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide expert financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Active CPA license.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
