Job Summary:

This senior accounting role involves leading month-end close processes, analyzing financial reports, and managing intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and experience with financial modeling software such as Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports from Xero and build financial models using Excel.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle.
  • Manage intercompany journals, transactions, and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Consolidate reporting across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
  • Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data.
Qualifications
  • CA or CPA qualified with Australia or New Zealand experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Experience leading month-end close processes - end-to-end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling.
