Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.

About the Role

The Financial Accountant will work closely with our clients to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
  • Performing month-end accounting tasks, including financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining fixed asset schedules and assisting in tax return preparation during peak seasons
  • Reconciling books across three entities each month with precision and efficiency
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs); strong data management skills
  • Certification in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and clients
