We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Products & Partnerships Executive to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for publisher and partner recruitment and relations alongside product management and marketing of our proprietary solutions to the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Recruit and manage a portfolio of publishers and suppliers to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and deliver effective media proposals, leveraging product knowledge of our proprietary solutions.
  • Lead product marketing and management efforts, spearheading product roll-outs to the local team and providing expert insights to inform product decisions.
  • Provide digital advertising consultancy services focused on Rich Media and basic technical support to publishers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze trends and convert data into actionable information, informing business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with our HQ team for product management, troubleshooting, and regional requests, fostering collaboration and seamless communication across departments.
  • Coordinate with external and internal teams to address product-related issues during campaign implementation, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Advertising.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Possess an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Willingness to participate in constant learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Performance Metrics**

  • Publisher onboarding – Meeting annual publisher recruitment and inventory targets.
  • Product knowledge – Developing expertise in our proprietary solutions.
  • Internal servicing – Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels in servicing internal stakeholders.

**Working Arrangements**

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM
