Learning Experience Designer

Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering learning experiences that improve employee performance and drive business results. You will work with internal customers to understand their training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning experiences that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning content
  • Deliver learning experiences through instructor-led and self-paced modalities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning environment and strong skills in instructional design, adult learning theory, and facilitation techniques. They should also be proficient in using learning management systems and have experience with Articulate 360 or similar tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning environment
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools like Articulate 360
