Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality learning content using various platforms and tools such as Articulate 360
  • Collaborate with peers to evaluate and improve learning content
  • Consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
  • Design full-scale learning solutions for new and existing employees
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leadership
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing/developing learning content in a corporate environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools and Articulate 360
  • Demonstrated ability managing learning content with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Demonstrated ability utilizing high quality visual design principles within creation of learning content
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and balance multiple deliverables/priorities
