Be a Key Player in Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a customer advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

As a customer advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for resolving their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Document, prioritize, track, and resolve client issues
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
