Launched in 2012, LaunchGood is a renowned global crowdfunding platform dedicated to empowering Muslims worldwide.

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Experience Specialist to join our team who will play a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries based on urgency and complexity. This individual will be responsible for facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new customers and providing comprehensive solutions to their queries.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through direct chat or phone interactions.
  • Respond to all messages within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Maintain adherence to established guidelines and protocols to ensure timely approval and review of campaigns.
  • Prioritize responses to tickets according to urgency, level of support required, and complexity.
  • Follow up on all voicemails or missed chats within 24 hours.
  • Add proactive measures to engage with new customers and facilitate their onboarding process within the agreed SLA.
  • Respond to resolve customer queries in a holistic manner.
  • Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Conflict Resolution Experience: Previous experience in resolving customer disputes and conflicts while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Time Management Abilities: Strong time management skills to juggle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously, ensuring all are handled efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to online fundraising and crowdfunding platforms, ensuring that all customer interactions are in line with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in documenting customer interactions, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and preventing errors.
