Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in Workday Payroll product suite.
  • Lead deployment teams to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution.
  • Work with confidential client data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements when others need support.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers.
  • Innovate approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Daily Tasks

  • Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes.
  • Construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues and mentees.
