About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant.

As a Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. This role requires strong expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, with experience working on multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have current Workday Time Tracking Certification, 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Additionally, previous consulting experience with a software company and demonstrated project management skills are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Lead deployment teams and coach others to successfully implement Workday solutions.
  • Work with confidential client/data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, sharing expertise and knowledge to drive success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
