Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This role will involve implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will be working closely with team members, as well as independently, to manage your own workload and deliver results.

You will have the opportunity to understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions that meet their needs, and support more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Some consulting skills e.g., presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers
