Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Sourcing Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills, be proficient in various recruitment channels, and have experience with talent acquisition tools and systems.

This project-based role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Promote job openings through various online platforms and social networks.
  • Candidate tracking and screening using resumes and phone interviews.
  • Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.).
