We seek an accomplished professional to lead our recruitment efforts. As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in sourcing and hiring top talent across various industries.

Your expertise in talent acquisition, combined with your agility, professionalism, and dedication, will enable you to improve TA processes and capability while maintaining a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality sourcing and hiring results for manufacturing roles, enhancing client and candidate experiences, and strengthening our brand presence.
  • Develop project strategies with clients, including employer branding, sourcing channels, assessment, and onboarding elements.
  • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, TA) and position us as trusted partners who protect client brand, culture, and values.
  • Create job adverts using client brand guidelines and manage applications professionally.
  • Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates; screen applicants to present shortlists to relevant decision-makers.
  • Guide Hiring Managers through the shortlist and manage the candidate journey with a professional, candidate-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • Critical experience in Japanese talent acquisition is essential.
  • Experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space is also necessary; please highlight this in your application.
  • Maintain the ATS and other client/project systems efficiently.
  • Analyse business data and stay aware of market trends and competitor activity for candidates.
  • Comply with company standards on values and ethics in all delivery and client interactions.
  • Display a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
  • Be a solid generalist/corporate TA professional capable of managing a range of roles.
  • Fluency in Japanese is helpful; English proficiency is required for global communication.
