Employment Opportunities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a full-time recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring top talent both in the U.S. and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop compelling job descriptions tailored to each platform for both domestic and international hiring initiatives.
- Source and screen candidates using structured evaluation criteria to ensure quality and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to identify top candidates and schedule follow-up interviews with our team.
- Manage communication throughout the hiring process ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Exhibit exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have experience recruiting for U.S. clients, particularly hiring across both domestic and international talent pools.
- Be resourceful and creative in sourcing candidates beyond traditional job boards.
- Adhere to structured evaluations to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions.
- Be tech-savvy and highly organized, comfortable utilizing ATS systems and other recruiting tools.
