Remote Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to support entrepreneurs in the US and Europe as remote virtual assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an efficient inbox management system, managing and protecting the entrepreneur's time and calendar, coordinating email, calendar, and task management seamlessly, arranging personal and business travel, and conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
