About This Role

As a senior leader, you will oversee Order-To-Cash operations in Cebu. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing global processes for order management and cash application.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Lead end-to-end process assessments, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Global Process Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and business units to align processes, prioritize projects, and provide leadership on global best practices.

You will work closely with internal customers and stakeholders to drive value realization, improve working capital, enhance process efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum ten years' cumulative experience in finance shared services, including collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience leading a team of professionals.
