Lead Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as Lead Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing month-end close processes, leading teams, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, including three-way forecasting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycles
  • Oversee intercompany journals, transactions, and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Consolidate reporting across various geographies
  • Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering confidence and clarity around numbers
Requirements:
  • CA or CPA qualification with experience in Australia or New Zealand
  • Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Experience leading month-end close processes and intercompany accounting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling
