Job Overview:

The role of an AR Collections Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of accounts receivable for a company.

  • This specialist will be responsible for diligently monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts and taking proactive measures to contact clients regarding their overdue payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill, identifying the root cause of delays and suggesting solutions to expedite payment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage timely debt payments, resolving billing and customer credit issues in a professional manner.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts, providing regular reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate or any other business course with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for analytical details.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and during peak holiday periods.
  • Must be amenable to working from Alabang, Muntinlupa when required.
