Job Overview

The ideal candidate will implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) and UTM tracking, ensuring seamless data integration into Salesforce CRM. Additionally, they will support automated email campaigns and enhance organic visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Duties
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits to boost site performance and rankings.
    • Optimize metadata, content, internal linking, and URL structures for enhanced search visibility.
    • Collaborate closely with the content and web teams to embed SEO best practices within all digital content.
    • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
    • Stay up-to-date on search algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Marketing Automation & Tracking
    • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking, form submissions, and user interactions.
    • Build and maintain UTM tracking frameworks for accurate campaign attribution.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data flows between web platforms, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing tools.
    • Support the setup of automated workflows triggered by user behavior and CRM activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing funnel efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing automation and SEO.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and CRM/email platforms.
  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience integrating marketing automation workflows across platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and leadership teams.
