Key Responsibilities- SEO Duties
- Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits to boost site performance and rankings.
- Optimize metadata, content, internal linking, and URL structures for enhanced search visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the content and web teams to embed SEO best practices within all digital content.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date on search algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.
- Marketing Automation & Tracking
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking, form submissions, and user interactions.
- Build and maintain UTM tracking frameworks for accurate campaign attribution.
- Ensure timely and accurate data flows between web platforms, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing tools.
- Support the setup of automated workflows triggered by user behavior and CRM activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing funnel efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing automation and SEO.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and CRM/email platforms.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques is advantageous.
- Experience integrating marketing automation workflows across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
