Lead Generation and Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, assist in lead generation and consultation booking, and provide excellent customer support through various communication channels.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is proficient in English and French to utilize their language skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interactions with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, and ensuring seamless operations using our proprietary tools and systems.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team to follow up on leads, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. A strong understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and customer service platforms is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French is required
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand diverse accents
  • Experience with CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred) and general computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools (Front, MyContact Center)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and coachable individual with strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency
