About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a lead generator, where you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients through diverse channels and strategies.
- You will engage prospects via email, calls, and other platforms to introduce our recruitment solutions and spark interest.
- Beyond that, you will build relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Opportunity Identification: Utilize research skills to identify potential clients and develop strategies for engagement.
- Prospect Engagement: Leverage communication skills to reach out to prospects and introduce our recruitment services.
- Lead Qualification: Build rapport with potential clients and assess their suitability for our services.
- CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience: 2+ years in lead generation, preferably in the recruiting/staffing industry.
- Results Orientation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
- Autonomy and Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with US-based recruiting practices is essential.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST (US Shift).
- Pay: Competitive compensation package, including base pay and commission.
