Job Overview

The Global Strategic Workforce Liaison is a key position responsible for fostering relationships with client workforce partners, ensuring globally consistent workforce management processes, and meeting/exceeding service level agreements through smart planning and effective execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client interactions and strategic partnerships for workforce management organization, acting as the single point of contact.
  • Ensure client needs are met on an ongoing basis with high client satisfaction while adhering to current contractual commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across the entire workforce management cycle: planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time practices.
  • Maintain consistency in workforce delivery across all sites.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop custom workforce solutions.
  • Represent workforce management at client performance reviews and site visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of Workforce Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Supervisory/Management experience.
  • Multi-site and Multi-skill call center experience.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling software.
  • Forecasting, Scheduling and Intraday management experience.
