About the Job

As a Workforce Analysis Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through effective workforce management.

This is an executive-level position within a hierarchical management structure, overseeing a team of WFM Planners, Schedulers, and RTA/Traffic experts.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage, coach, and develop your team members, ensuring their job satisfaction, high-quality production, and excellent customer service.

You will work closely with other departmental teams, collaborating on projects and activities that drive business growth and innovation.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the WFM process, and excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of WFM experts to achieve exceptional results.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement effective workforce plans that align with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve team performance, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in any field or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mathematics, statistics, economics, informatics).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in contact center workforce management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and a good knowledge of the WFM process and customer care principles.
