Job Title: Strategic Workforce Optimization Lead

Lead the workforce management function to optimize operations volume, headcount requirements, and employee utilization. Provide direction and guidance to the Workforce Management team.

About This Role:

  • Track, forecast, and analyze real-time data to inform staffing decisions and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop forecasts for seating requirements per Operations stream based on current manpower and upcoming needs.
  • Validate seating projections using current maximum manpower deployment based on schedules and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure seamless Operations personnel availability during shifts by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement to optimize cost efficiency and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Workforce Management for Operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting, large team management (500+ employees), and manual scheduling techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on people development.
  • Flexible schedule required with potential for overtime.
