Workforce Management Lead - Operations and Strategy

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end workforce management lifecycle, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize productivity.
  • Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage third-party partnerships to meet headcount requirements and monitor agency performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive attendance and productivity gains.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in workforce planning and management, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS and Google Applications.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
